Stripped Threads
When installing these stops, the installer has to be extra careful in setting in-place. 12 of these had stripped threads when installing. We had to purchase a different kind. Also, when the metal door opens, it knocks the door stops loose. They are not sturdy enough for metal doors. I don't recommend buying these unless it is in a residential setting.

Included hardware is flimsy
The hardware is flimsy and cheap. The bolt was not strong. I had to buy new hardware and some expoxy to reinforce it. The metal door stop itself is fine.

No instructions at all....
This thing comes with a central core that screws onto a bolt your secure to the floor. No instructions, so if you unscrew the central core of the door stop it comes out of the screw inside the stop, which is not secured. Then you have a doorstop that is not able to be fastened to the floor.
