Not very heavy duty frame. The mechanism operated smoothly and once you mortise it into the door and screw it in it should be stable enough. Only thing I noticed was one of the sides was bowed a little on one of them so it was wider at the bottom. I squeeze it lightly with some pliers and it worked out. For the price they are nice.
